This quaint restuarant delivers delicious Hong Kong style Chinese food in the heart of Chinatown. Whether it be a simple meal of congee or a tantalising seafood banquet, Uncle Billy's is open all night (5pm-4am) to satisfy those night owls. All food is carefully prepared by masterfully skilled chef Tin Sung Mok.

Dishes of particular mention are Hong Kong style lobster with noodles, Chilli and pepper flounder and XO flavoured beef with deep fried dough. All dishes are cooked to order with only the freshest premium local produce.

Uncle Billy's is by far the largest restaurant in Perth's Chinatown boasting two floors and private rooms available (with prior reservation). The restaurant is BYO and also provides for your takeaway needs with a handy drive-thru service from the rear entrance (Just mention on the phone that you'll be picking it up from the back)
