Vegetarian Egg stir-fry

Description

A simple vegetarian stir fry

Serves:

Ingredients
  • 1/4 green cabbage
  • 2 carrot
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of garlic
Instructions

Wash and shred cabbage and carrots

Break eggs and beat it

On a low flame, using a non-stick pan, fry the egg as an omelette

Once the egg is cook, removed the omelette and break it up to pieces

Turn the flame up and re-heat the frying pan or wok with oil

Add garlic, stir fry for 30-45 seconds, till light brown

Add the shredded cabbage and carrots

Continue to stir fry for about 1-2 minutes

Add salt and the broken-up omelette

Stir fry for another 1-2 minutes. You will see the cabbage and carrot softening up

Cover the wok. Turn off the flame. Wait for another minute

Serve
