Ingredients

4 Egg

Basil Leaves

1 125g Can of Tuna

salt and pepper to taste

Bread

Instructions

1. Crack eggs into a bowl and mix well.

2. put 1 tablespoon oil into a medium heated pan and pour eggs and cover for 1 minute

3. lift cover and sread tuna on top and shreaded basil leaves

4. fold over egg so that the omelette is halved and cook to your preference.

5. Salt and pepper to taste

Serve with toast.
