Ingredients
- One whole fish (Coral trout)
- Spring onion ( 1 shoot)
- Tofu ( 6 pieces )
- Salted vegetable ( one packet )
- Ginger ( 1 teaspoon of precut ginger )
- Plum sauce ( 2 table spoon)
Instructions
- Clean fish. Gently slice on body of fish to create slits
- Apply plum sauce all over fish
- Chop up salted vegetable, spring onion and tofu. Lay over fish
- Heat up wok till water is boling
- Put fish in and cover to steam for 20 minutes
- Turn off flame and leave for another 5minutes
- Serve immediately
