Ingredients
  • One whole fish (Coral trout)
  • Spring onion ( 1 shoot)
  • Tofu ( 6 pieces )
  • Salted vegetable ( one packet )
  • Ginger ( 1 teaspoon of precut ginger )
  • Plum sauce ( 2 table spoon)
Instructions
  1. Clean fish. Gently slice on body of fish to create slits
  2. Apply plum sauce all over fish
  3. Chop up salted vegetable, spring onion and tofu. Lay over fish
  4. Heat up wok till water is boling
  5. Put fish in and cover to steam for 20 minutes
  6. Turn off flame and leave for another 5minutes
  7. Serve immediately
