1 Chicken Breast- 1/2 a onion
- 1/3 cup of corn starch
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon of chopped ginger
Seasoning
- 1/2 Tablespoon of light soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoon of Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Suger and Vinegar
- 1 Table spoon of Water
- 1/3 Tablespoon of Cornstarch
Instructions
- Cut chicken to pieces
- Marinate in soy sauce
- Coat with corn starch
- Fry chicken in oil till golden brown
- Remove and Drain
- Slice onion and pepper and add tomato sauce sugar and vinegar water and cornstarch
- Stir fry garlic in 2 tablespoon of oil and add the seasoned pepper and fried chicken
- Mix well and remove from heat
- Serve
