Ingredients
2 Fresh Crayfish (desired size)
2 table spoon minced ginger
2 teaspoon soya sauce
Wok/Wok lid/metal plate/scissors
Instructions
Gently cut open the soft shell on the inner side of the crayfish
Apply a table spoon of ginger on each cray fish, on the inside, all over the flesh
Gently pour a teaspoon of soya sauce onto the inside of teach he crayfish onto the flesh
Put cray fish on a metal plate, with inside facing up
Heat up a wok, with the water boiling, put the plate of crayfish in and cover the lid
Steam the crayfish for 15 - 20 minutes
Turn off flame. Wait for 5 minutes before opening the lid of the wok
