spicy mushroom soup (thin)

Serves:
Ingredients
  • 5 large(4-5cm) button mushrooms, medium sliced

  • 1-2 stalks of lemongrass

  • 1 small chili

  • 6 small dried fish (ikan pusu).  Available in oriental shops

  • 1/4 tsp oyster sauce

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • MSG (optional)

Instructions

Bring 2 cups of water to boil in a pot. 

Add fish, wait for 5 minutes add the rest except lemongrass

Once it starts to boil again, add lemongrass.  Wait two minutes before serving.
