Simple Japanese Miso Soup

Ingredients
  • White Tofu 100 gram
  • Spring onion 1/2 sprout
  • Red Miso (Jap or chinese grocery shop ) 20 gram
  • White Miso (Jap or chinese grocery shop) 40 gram
Instructions

  1. Firstly wash the Tofu in cold water. Then carefully cut them into small cubes put in a serving bowl.
  2. Prepare and finely slice the spring onions
  3. Put red miso into a bowl and add 1 cup of water to dilute it . Similarly put white miso into another bowl and add 2 cups of water to dilute it.
  4. Pour both diluted red miso and diluted white miso into a pot , mix and bring it to boil.
  5. Once the miso soup is boiled pour it over the tofu in the serving bowl and add some spring onion on top. Ready to serve !
