Ingredients
- White Tofu 100 gram
- Spring onion 1/2 sprout
- Red Miso (Jap or chinese grocery shop ) 20 gram
- White Miso (Jap or chinese grocery shop) 40 gram
Instructions
- Firstly wash the Tofu in cold water. Then carefully cut them into small cubes put in a serving bowl.
- Prepare and finely slice the spring onions
- Put red miso into a bowl and add 1 cup of water to dilute it . Similarly put white miso into another bowl and add 2 cups of water to dilute it.
- Pour both diluted red miso and diluted white miso into a pot , mix and bring it to boil.
- Once the miso soup is boiled pour it over the tofu in the serving bowl and add some spring onion on top. Ready to serve !
