Quick yummy food to eat anytime
Serves:
Ingredients
2 flat Turkish breads- 50 g butter
- 8 slices salami
- 50g button mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons Italian herbs
- 4 large slices cheese
Instructions
Cut bread to 4 cm wide pieces
Toast outer sides of each half
Spread with butter
Cut salami slices in half and then into short, thin strips, divide between breads
Slice mushrooms and arrange over salami slices
sprinkle with herbs, lay cheese slices on top
Place under grill for 3 to 4 mins till cheese is melted and bubbling.
Serve immediately
