"Rice Cooker" chicken rice

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 6 chinese mushroom
  • 6 chinese sausages
  • 4-6 pieces of chicken (breast or drumstick)
  • Lee Kum Kee soya sauce 2 table spoon
  • Chinese Black Caramel sauce
  • Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
  • 1 table spoon of ready cut ginger

 

Instructions
  1. Slice the mushrooms and chinese sauces
  2. Cut up the chicken to smaller pieces
  3. Gently stir fry the chicken/mushroom/chinese sausages/ginger together till half cooked
  4. Wash and cook the rice. Once the rice is boiled in the rice cooker, open lid and tip chicken/mushroon/chinese sausage on top. Pour the 2 table sppon of black caramel sauce all over followed by soya sauce. Splash the sesame oil all over. Do not mix.
  5. Cover the rice cooker and allow the rice to cook
  6. Ready to serve
