Ingredients
- 2 strips of pork belly
- 1 bottle of Lee kum Kee BBQ sauce
- (Disposable Aluminium tray and disposible rack)
Instructions
- Apply Lee Kum Kee BBQ sauce all over the strips of pork belly
- Allow to marinate for up to 4 hours
- Put strips of Pork Belly onto the disposable rack in an aluminium tray
- Pre heat oven to 250 degrees celcius
- Put aluminium tray into oven
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Cut to desired slices and serve
