'Quick 15 minutes" Salmon and Rice

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 medium can Salmon (flavoured to own on taste)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cucumber
Instructions
  1. Wash and cook rice in rice cooker
  2. Fry the eggs "sunny side up"
  3. Slice the cucumber
  4. When rice is just cook, add Salmon, and stir evenly to flavour the rice
  5. Cover the rice for 10 minutes
  6. Serve with egg and cucumber
