Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 medium can Salmon (flavoured to own on taste)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cucumber
Instructions
- Wash and cook rice in rice cooker
- Fry the eggs "sunny side up"
- Slice the cucumber
- When rice is just cook, add Salmon, and stir evenly to flavour the rice
- Cover the rice for 10 minutes
- Serve with egg and cucumber
