Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- cooking oil
- 1 large brown onion
- 1/2 cup sliced field mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced champignons
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1/4 cup of cream
- fettucine
Instructions
For the pasta
- Simply cook the pasta in salted boiling water and drain. This can be done while making the sauce
For the sauce
- Add the oil to a pan and fry off the garlic and onions until soft
- Add all the mushrooms into the pan and mix
- Pour in the vegetable stock and the cream and stir
- Simmer until the sauce is reduced and creamy
To serve
- Add the drained cooked pasta into the sauce and mix thoroughly
- Serve in a plate
