How to make Orange Chiffon Cake
Serves:
Ingredients
(A)
5 egg whites
100g castor sugar
(B)
5 egg yolks
60g castor sugar
1/2 tsp orange essence
2 tbsp orange juice
(C)
100g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
(D)
5 tbsp corn oil
Instructions
1) Beat (A) until fluffy, beat (B) evenly.
2) Mix (A) and (B).
3) Stir in (C) then add in corn oil and stir well.
4) Pour mixture into chiffon cake mould.
5) Bake at 150^c for 45mins.
6) Turn out cake onto rack and leave to cool.
