As these cakes are very sweet, there is no need for icing sugar.

Ingredients
- 190g of self rasing flower
- 115g icing sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- 125g melted butter
- Mini Cupcake tray
- Small patty-pans
Instructions
- Mix flour and sugar in mixing bowl
- IN a seperates bowl whisk the egg and butter together. then add to the flour and sugar
- Add the mashed bananas and stir until well combined
- Line the cupcake tay with patty-pans
- SPoon the mixture into the patty-pans
- Put into the oven preheated at 180 degrees celcius
- Bake for approx 20minutes until cooked. This can be determined by poking a skewer through the middle of the cupcake and then coming out clean. (Cooking times may vary)
- Set on a rack to cool
