Mini Banana Cupcakes

Description

Delicious and easy to make. Kids will love them

As these cakes are very sweet, there is no need for icing sugar.

Serves:
Ingredients
  • 190g of self rasing flower
  • 115g icing sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 mashed ripe bananas
  • 125g melted butter
  • Mini Cupcake tray
  • Small patty-pans


Instructions
  1. Mix flour and sugar in mixing bowl
  2. IN a seperates bowl whisk the egg and butter together. then add to the flour and sugar
  3. Add the mashed bananas and stir until well combined
  4. Line the cupcake tay with patty-pans
  5. SPoon the mixture into the patty-pans
  6. Put into the oven preheated at 180 degrees celcius
  7. Bake for approx 20minutes until cooked. This can be determined by poking a skewer through the middle of the cupcake and then coming out clean. (Cooking times may vary)
  8. Set on a rack to cool
