Ingredients
- 200gm mince (selected)
- 2 hamburger buns
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1/4 beaten egg
- 1T oil
- tomato sauce
- worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- margarine
- cheese
selected vegetables
- 4 slices tomato
- lettuce leaves
- onion
- carrot
Instructions
- Wash Hands
- Peel 1/4 onion. Finley dice onion. place in large bowl
- Peel and crush garlic. Add into large bowl
- Add mince into large bowl. Dash of worcestershire sauce
- Using hand, mix together. Form 2 patties. If not holding together add 1/4 beaten egg
- Clean frypan. add oil place in burger patties. Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through
- Place on paper towel to absorb oil
- If selected onion. Cut 1/2 onion and saute in frypan till cooked (brown)
- Grate carrot place aside
- Wash lettuce leaves. Chiffonade lettuce leaves if desired
- Spread hamburger buns with margarine
- Place lettuce on base of bun
- Add tomato
- Add onion
- Add hamburger patty
- Add cheese. Place lid on bun
