- 5 bananas (ripe)
- 200g flour
- 250mls water
- oil
- wok
Instructions
Slice banana to quarters
Mixed flour and water evenly
Add banana and allow to sit for a few minutes
Head up oil
Put banana and deep fry
Ready when banana "float" and golden brown
Remove and allow oil to drain
ready to
