Ingredients
  • 5 bananas (ripe)
  • 200g flour
  • 250mls water
  • oil
  • wok
Instructions

Slice banana to quarters

Mixed flour and water evenly

Add banana and allow to sit for a few minutes

Head up oil

Put banana and deep fry

Ready when banana "float" and golden brown

Remove and allow oil to drain
