Grass prawns 1/2 kilo
finely chopped garlic 2 tablespoon
grinded ginger 1 tablespoon
spring onion 2 stems
soy sauce 2 tablespoon
soy sauce paste 1 tablespoon
rice wine 1 tablespoon
oyster sauce 1/2 teaspoon
sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
1) Clean the prawn and get rid of intestine , triim away the legs and tentacles
2) finely cut slits on the back of the prawn
3) slightly marinate the prawn in rice wine
4) preheat the steamer
4) add all the ingredients with the prawn put it all on a plate
5) finally put the plate in the steamer to steam for approximately 10-15minutes on high power
