Ingredients
  • 500g white cabbage shredded finely
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 4 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup mayonaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions

Preparation:

Soak shredded cabbage in water and add salt , leave in fridge for one hour,

  1. Drain and dry the cabbage
  2. Add Carrots, Vinegar, sugar, mayonaise and pepper 
  3. boil peas and add to mixture
  4. Mix well and serve

Best served chilled.
