Ingredients
- 500g white cabbage shredded finely
- 2 carrots grated
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/4 cup peas
- 4 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup mayonaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preparation:
Soak shredded cabbage in water and add salt , leave in fridge for one hour,
- Drain and dry the cabbage
- Add Carrots, Vinegar, sugar, mayonaise and pepper
- boil peas and add to mixture
- Mix well and serve
Best served chilled.
