Ingredients
- 100g broken up plain chocolate
- 15mL of milk
- 50g Icing sugar
- 30mL Cherry Jam (Black Cherry jam preferably)
- 175g chilled evaporated milk
- Cherries (For decoration)
Instructions
- Melt chocolate and milk in a heatproof bowl over boiling water
- Put evaporated milk into a bowl and whisk till it forms soft peaks
- Sift in icing sugar and whisk
- Stir in jam and melted chocolate mixture
- Transfer into a container and freeze till firm
- Spoon into glasses and decorate with cherries
- Serve cold
