A delightful Focacca which is quite popular at the Cafe that I work in, seeing as I make so many, so its generally very tasty =)

please note that it CAN be served without toasting, but probably won't taste as good and the amount of people it serves will generally depend on the size of the focaccia you have...which can range from like....1 metre-20 cms by 2 metres-25 cms

And you can use the same method and ingredients in a normal bread Sandwich as well, but it won't sound as fancy...=D
